Many producers would like, however, to keep the option for certain and also approved under the EU regulation on organic products is open so that the use of animal raw materials can not be excluded in principle. This is especially true for gelatin, which also can be obtained from organic farming. Below are listed some winemakers who choose not to because of his own philosophies on animal raw materials .
Rich and elegant
Our first self-filling in white without sulfur! Juicy and long, besides Chardonnay typical smell of banana and honey. Light smoky undertone,
Typical of unsweetened wine. Fine tannin structure, interesting.
Complex & wild
Amphora wine, without added sulfur, without filtration. Violets, liquorice,
Blackberries and plums. At the same time ripe and young, fresh fruit. Figs and
Sour cherries with expressive print, marzipan, very animating.
Goes well with dark meat, spicy mushroom cuisine, cheese
Complex & wild
Uncomplicatedly fruity, with a clear structure and lots of tension on the palate. Very lively style, plum and sweet cherry, very natural. Chill it, then it is a perfect wine for eating on the terrace!
