Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..
Clarifiers, which go back to Animal raw materials are very rare and as expensive, likely to be used only for higher quality wines. Giallo pallido con delicati riflessi verdi. Naso sobrio e fragrante. Irradia freschezza. Al palato pera matura, un po' di ananas, un accenno di cassis. Poi limone, anche scorza, bella nota erbacea delicatamente amara.

Very delicate, light pink, lots of freshness on the nose. In the mouth rather grippy red currant than too typical berry fruit. Nice mix of expressive freshness with noticeable acidity and finesse. Lemon thyme on the finish.

Early harvested Merlot yields wonderfully fresh, non-peaky acidity, cherry aromas , nuances of strawberries and rose petals. Perlage is fine and persistent. Beautiful mouthfeel with a lot of pull at very low alcohol!
