Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..

Herbal-spicy nose, lean and fresh body with aromas of yellow fruits such as quince

Goes well with grilled fish and white meat, Comté
full-bodied & elegant
Actually only a small Chablis, but it tastes like a big one. Typical
Chardonnay scent. Aromas of lemongrass, vanilla and anise. Steely but
but still lively. Great length, yet very filigree.
Goes well with grilled fish, seafood, endive salad.
