Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..

Interesting Montepulciano from the Abruzzo. Not so shallow and
unambitious as usual, but with hints of black olives, tar
and liquorice, at the same time the cherry flavor is always present. Delicious!
Goes well with dark meat, game, oven vegetables, cheese
powerful & full-bodied
A wine full of character from old vines. Steely and lively, with a strong
acidity. Very long lasting. Caraffé for at least 1 hour to allow the complex
complex aromas unfold. Has potential for many more years.
Goes well with grilled lobster, snails, comté.
fruity & harmonious
Grown at a low level of income and matured in wooden barrels, just a powerful red wine. Blind man would rather tap France than Germany. In flavor and soft and very cherry-fruity.
elegant & powerful
Powerful, but skillful use of barrique supports the berry-scented, spicy nature of this concentrated power pack. Full of warm fruit and opulence still concealed.
fruity & harmonious
Full, dark fruit reveals itself with subtle cedar fragrance. A powerful assemblage of Monastrell, Garnacha and Syrah confident with complex tannins before fiery fruit flavors. Very balanced!
