Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..
Clarifiers, which go back to Animal raw materials are very rare and as expensive, likely to be used only for higher quality wines. Pithy, crisp rosato made from short macerated Primitivo. Wild herbs and red redcurrant on the nose, not as fruity as more common rosé wines, rather rather spicy with mouthfeel, rhubarb.

Without added sulfur Equipped Mataro ( Catalan ) Monastrell ( Spanish) or Mouvedre ( franz . ) .
Very dry , almost a little smoky and yet totally fruity . Uncomplicated complex. For fans .
