The white grape Malvasia combines a piece of cultural history. It is one of the oldest cultivated grape varieties and found its way from Asia Minor via Greece already in ancient times to the whole of Europe. Straw Dried grapes make this 'Holy Wine' so wonderfully creamy and sweet and very aromatic. Long, extremely oxidative aging in used barrels are very spicy notes, which contrast the powerful sweetness.
