PetNat, i.e. sparkling wine fermented to the end in the bottle, made from vines over 60 years old. Fragrant, fresh and with a tart naturalness. Spontaneously fermented, minimal sulphur, distinct rose scent. Mouthfeel rather than primary fruit.
