The Mont Caillou wines we selected from the barrels of our best winemakers in the Languedoc. Here there are often wine parcels whose soil almost entirely composed of pebbles (French = Caillou ! ) . These store the heat of the day and release it at night from the vine . The result is wines with southern French charm and character ! The matching wines for every day and every occasion.
