Mineral and fresh, discreetly aromatic with a hint of elderflower
and gooseberry. Nice length and balance between acidity and fruit. Delicate
grip, lots of mouthfeel.
Goes well with sushi, light vegetable dishes, goat cheese.
light & uncomplicated
Salmon pink, red fruits, especially strawberry, smooth and balanced. A
pleasant and unpretentious wine with very low alcohol content.
Crisp vegetables, salads, Asian.
full-bodied & elegant
Loire top class! The typical Sauvignon Blanc aromas of fresh grass, a touch of elderflower and gooseberry, but so much more than that. Creamy, juicy length, high mineral density. A poem.
Goes well with steamed fish and vegetables, fresh cheese.
