fruity & uncomplicated
traight Merlot full of fear and structure. Classic sweet cherry, ripe plums with fine spice. A touch of acidity makes it fresh and lively, juicy and delicious!
fruity & uncomplicated
classic, young Montepulciano, dark and dense , juicy cherry aromas, almond pastry, marzipan . All carried by fine acidity, therefore much more than "nice fruity"!
complex & fresh
fruity fresh pecorino, still rare in cultivation. Broad but fine spectrum of aromas between delicate lemon and fragrant acacia flower, savory and a hint of banana, all creamy interwoven. Exciting!
Chardonnay frizzante, PetNat, so the last residual sugar with the yeast in the
Bottle fermented. The yeast remains in the almost completely durchgegorenen product.
Classic Chardonnay flavors, honey, banana, exotic touch but something
wilder and more aromatic.
Fits antipasti and toasting!
Without additional sulfur! Natural wine!
Floral-looking Montepulciano with an exciting texture. Less "easy-drink"
as complex, cherry-fruity, spicy. Still accessible.
Goes well with dark meat, tomato sauce, cheese
The wine is made from the ancient, indigenous grape variety Pecorino
multilayered, rather floral notes, prominent minerality and moist soil and
Sage-like aromas. A high on the diversity of varieties!
Good with light meals, vegetables, fish, chicken, tofu
Sweeter, slightly almond and marzipan-scented Montepulciano
with fine tannins and cherry fruit. Italy or Abruzzo pure.
Goes well with grilled, spicy sauces, tomatoes, cheese
complex & fresh
Main grape Montepulciano, at least 85%, rather tart-spicy than floral and berry, fine bitter notes in the refreshing appearance, a hint of sour cherry and raspberry, clearly on the cool side, lots of mouthfeel.
complex & fresh
Floral looking Montepulciano with just the right texture to add a little
more robust than the boring "easy-drink" Montepulcianos.
Cherry-like and multi-layered.
Goes well with tomato sauces, grilled meats, oven vegetables
complex & fresh
Made from the ancient, autochthonous grape variety Pecorino, the wine offers
multi-layered, rather floral notes, clear minerality and moist earth and
Sage reminding aromas. Hooray for the variety!
Goes well with antipasti, fish, poultry, young cheese
