A fruity cherry and surprising Merlot from the hot Jumilla.
Bright black-red and dense. On the nose like moist moss and ripe Blackberry scented. Very soft tannins integrated into the typical monastrell Aromatics. Berries, eucalyptus and reminiscent of damp forest soil. Very fine and lasting in the mouth.
Goes with simple Mediterranean cuisine

Chardonnay, which is not typical of the region, thrives on solid limestone soil.
The vines were grown due to the similar nature of the soil
Chablis selected and placed in the highest areas of the Jumilla. Boy
powerful wine is stored on the lees in French barriques for 10 months (500-
700 liters). Elegant, fresh Chardonnay with subtle wood aromas.

PetNat, i.e. sparkling wine fermented to the end in the bottle, made from vines over 60 years old. Fragrant, fresh and with a tart naturalness. Spontaneously fermented, minimal sulphur, distinct rose scent. Mouthfeel rather than primary fruit.
Good with light dishes, vegetables, fish, chicken, Tofu.

light & fresh
Predominantly Xarello, light, grassy, crisp and very fresh. Clear minerality
with lots of grapefruit. Lemon zest in the fine finish. Beautifully Mediterranean.
Goes well with tapas, light cuisine, as an Aperitif.

fresh & easy
Bright, light purplish color with a tendency, hints at far more pressure than the delicate color. Creamy dark chocolate tones, almost a hint of chocolate but also pear and plum.

Dark violet, lavender and licorice on the palate . Unique also ammonia .
Fragrant and full-bodied . Beautiful , deep flavor. Total clean fruit . Typically Spain
and yet not at all difficult .
