In the southern part of Italy, the Grillo grape is a white wine variety with great quality potential. The best wines from the Grillo grape come from the western part of Sicily, including the grapes for Lunaria MBETTATA. Fermentation takes place naturally without the use of specially bred yeasts, but exclusively with natural yeasts. This gives the wine an authentic aroma profile with wonderful nuances of citrus fruits, wild flowers and orange blossom. In the mouth, it is well structured with spicy and floral notes and a fine mineral finish.

We have had an unfermented juice from suitable grape varieties processed so skilfully that a high-quality sparkling drink with beautiful aromatics and a fine interplay of sweetness and acidity has been created that does not lack a sparkling wine.
