Very delicate, light pink, lots of freshness on the nose. In the mouth rather grippy red currant than too typical berry fruit. Nice mix of expressive freshness with noticeable acidity and finesse. Lemon thyme on the finish.

barrel ageing. Interplay of fine acidity and fruit. Well balanced tannins. Round
and long finish.

orange zest. Wonderfully low in alcohol, fine mouthfeel. Aging in the Amphora.
