There are very different sensible motives for abstaining from alcohol. We have had an unfermented juice from suitable grape varieties processed so skilfully that a high-quality sparkling drink with beautiful aromatics and a fine interplay of sweetness and acidity has been created that does not lack a sparkling wine.
