dried peach. Unexpectedly playful in the mouth, sweetly bitter and with
a lot of pressure. Particularly exciting for ageing.

From the Sierra Morena north of Granada. On limy soils at great heights grown and expanded at least 10 years. Fine smell of almonds, nuts and honey. Full in the mouth, creamy and sweet, with clear notes of coffee and Chocolate.
