Fine but powerful and almost somewhat youthful white port wine with a
gentle aroma of orange marmalade, walnut and shortcrust pastry, as well as
dried peach. Unexpectedly playful in the mouth, sweetly bitter and with
a lot of pressure. Particularly exciting for ageing.

Restrained nose, then cool but with a lot of pressure. Classic cherry and berry touch but always on the elegant side. The opposite of the normal candy-type. For fans!

Very fine, multi-layered, delicate Pinot Noir. Cherry and a little juniper
on the palate. Simultaneously restrained and expressive, beautiful play,
deliciously animating and relatively long. Pure elegance!

The late harvest during the November mist gives the wine this wonderfully complex touch. At the same time almost as powerful and interresting like a great Barolo but just much earlier and easier to drink.
