Beautiful smell of hay, a little nutty and fresh, fine and verspieltist this organic wine. Low acid, but mineral and thus the white wine goes perfectly with antipasti and salads. The late-ripening grape Catarratto, almost exclusively cultivated in Sicily, straw yields to amber, charming organic wines.

Soft and easy to drink. Red berries with the melting can be expected of an excellent rosé. A spring wine all year round!
