Negroamaro 100%, but not " black and bitter" as the name suggests, but notes of cassis and plums, nice , ripe tannin. Full-bodied, but not bulky. Aromas of leather, a hint of nutmeg.

Powerful kirschiger Pinot Noir with lots of pressure, but never denied his subtly aromatic variety.

Restrained nose, then cool but with a lot of pressure. Classic cherry and berry touch but always on the elegant side. The opposite of the normal candy-type. For fans!
