Fine mousse and red Beerenaromatik carried by a pleasant acidity and balanced dosage, made ??from Pinot Noir grapes and vinified entirely without added sulfur.

Frizzante was fermented. Aromas of bread crusts and apple, slightly yeasty clay.
100% Grechetto grapes, hence the refreshing bitterness. Very dry
and animating.
Goes well with fish, chicken, medium-aged cheese, as an aperitif.
Complex & fresh
An unsulphured Prosecco, drawn directly from the fine yeast and therefore cloudy.
Not as "difficult" as many sulphur-free products, but wonderfully precise.
wonderfully precise. Slight vegetal touch, peach, fresh bread. Creamy
perlage. Very dry, very drinkable!
Goes well with antipasti, fish, herb risotto, cheers.
