Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..

The sparkling trend drink is currently called PetNat, derived from the almost extinct French Petillant Naturel. A relatively rustic method of sparkling wine production, where must is fermented with sugar and yeast directly in the bottle. perlage. Very dry, very drinkable!
