Vegan wines

powerful & harmonious
The yeasts for this Chardonnay are specially selected in a complex process in the Maiella National Park. Each grape variety is given its own suitable yeast strain. The result is an expressive Chardonnay. The aroma of brioche and butter is slightly reminiscent of champagne. Powerful on the palate with notes of hawthorn and slightly salty minerality.
