Organic red wine from the regions of Umbria , Piedmont , Tuscany , Veneto in Italy
Deep, complex and full of spice, this matured in barriques Sangiovese presented after a certain decanting time! Dark and with a great mix of cherry fruit and structure.
Incredibly exciting, vibrant Barbera without added sulfur and yet even after days of opening totally fresh! Alternating between sweet and sour cherry flavors with a lot of structure. Almost no residual sugar but with lots of juicy fruit. Very interesting!
Without additionally supplied sulfur!
Negroamaro, black and bitter. The name says it all. Smoky, spicy, full-bodied. The pure southern Italy.

At no point in the arrival and expansion of sulfur was added , so
totally fermented and yet charming and juicy . Dark berries , fine flavor
and this is typical of wines unsulphured smokiness . In the mouth very
slender and long .

Bitter chocolate in the finish. From the varieties Marzemino and groppello.
