Refreshingly wild
Strong orange, clear and radiant. In the nose rose harissa, orange zest and green apricots.
Lots of mouthfeel, grippy, again oranges, spices and clear floral notes. Lots of pressure on the palate, juicy and tart at the same time.
Almost universally usable at the table.
Refreshingly wild
Slight cloudiness from the typical PetNat yeast. Almost explosive stone fruit flavours, powerful but fine bubbles.
Very clear, firm flavour,
plenty of flavour on the palate, deliciously refreshing with a juicy mouthfeel.
