Classic Chardonnay from low yields, very delicate use of wood, clearly mineral and
mineral and fresh with fine length. Apple and blossoms. Never heavy or even fat.
Goes well with antipasti, fish, poultry, young cheese.

Slight cloudiness from the typical PetNat yeast. Almost explosive stone fruit flavours, powerful but fine bubbles.
