After two hours of decanting reveals himself behind his smoky and concentrated nose, a burst of flavors in this organic wine! Supported by new barrels but never dominant in this cuvee of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot highlighted the scale of the new Navarre.
full-bodied & elegant
Restrained nose, then cool but with a lot of pressure. Classic cherry and berry touch but always on the elegant side. The opposite of the normal candy-type. For fans!
Cherry fruit, juicy plums without compote character, noble woods. Everything intertwined, but concentrated without gravity. Violet,
Salmiak and spicy smoke in the end. Excellent!
Goes well with spicy sauces and dark meat
