Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..

Beautiful smell of hay, a little nutty and fresh, fine and verspieltist this organic wine. Low acid, but mineral and thus the white wine goes perfectly with antipasti and salads.
