This is especially true for gelatin, which also can be obtained from organic farming. Below are listed some winemakers who choose not to because of his own philosophies on animal raw materials .
fruity & uncomplicated
classic, young Montepulciano, dark and dense , juicy cherry aromas, almond pastry, marzipan . All carried by fine acidity, therefore much more than "nice fruity"!
powerful and harmonious
Bukephalos was the horse of Alexander the Great, the most famous horse of antiquity. Especially is this wine. It is partially made from dried grapes, and the flavors are concentrated as well. Dark color, fruits dried in the nose and dried fruit, plum, subtle port wine aroma. Soft, warm and spicy, a great companion on cooler days.

Floral-looking Montepulciano with an exciting texture. Less "easy-drink"
as complex, cherry-fruity, spicy. Still accessible.
Goes well with dark meat, tomato sauce, cheese
Sweeter, slightly almond and marzipan-scented Montepulciano
with fine tannins and cherry fruit. Italy or Abruzzo pure.
Goes well with grilled, spicy sauces, tomatoes, cheese
complex & fresh
Floral looking Montepulciano with just the right texture to add a little
more robust than the boring "easy-drink" Montepulcianos.
Cherry-like and multi-layered.
Goes well with tomato sauces, grilled meats, oven vegetables
complex & fresh
Bright pink, intense, fresh and fruity with clear notes of cherry and sour cherry. Pleasant flavour, soft and round, balanced, with good body and persistence and a fruity aftertaste reminiscent of the grapes of origin.
Interesting Montepulciano from the Abruzzo. Not so shallow and
unambitious as usual, but with hints of black olives, tar
and liquorice, at the same time the cherry flavor is always present. Delicious!
Goes well with dark meat, game, oven vegetables, cheese
