Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..

The yeasts for this Chardonnay are specially selected in a complex process in the Maiella National Park. Each grape variety is given its own suitable yeast strain. The result is an expressive Chardonnay. The aroma of brioche and butter is slightly reminiscent of champagne. Powerful on the palate with notes of hawthorn and slightly salty minerality.

Crisp Sauvignon with aromas of white tea and physalis. With light
green notes of kiwi, Granny Smith and some nettle. Then on the palate
fresh and juicy with a powerful flavour of lime and mango.
