Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..
Clarifiers, which go back to Animal raw materials are very rare and as expensive, likely to be used only for higher quality wines. Pithy, crisp rosato made from short macerated Primitivo. Wild herbs and red redcurrant on the nose, not as fruity as more common rosé wines, rather rather spicy with mouthfeel, rhubarb.
Almost universal at the table.
easy & uncomplicated
Verdeca, old Greek grape variety with 30 % Fiano, gentle acidity, ripe pear and a little aromatic dried fruit, more spicy-aromatic than fruity.
Elegant blend of Parellada, Macabeo and Xarello. Delicate aromas of exotic fruit, supple, fine bubbles. Bottle fermentation, hand shaken.
A white wine in the nose of green apple and fresh hay smell. Delicate citrus flavors and an elegant Strucktur complete the enjoyment in this organic wine.
light & elegant
Charming spumante with juicy fruit of raspberry and redcurrant. Floral scent of hibiscus and roses. Delicate rosehip on the finish. The fine bubbles in the mouth make this cuvee of Glera, Raboso and Pinot Nero so animating! An excellent aperitif.

Fine, persistent perlage, beautiful straw yellow colour. Apple and white flowers on the nose.
Fresh mouthfeel with a crisp grip, apple again, a little pineapple, all the fruit clearly
The fruit is clear but not overpowering and carried by the perlage.

Giallo pallido con delicati riflessi verdi. Naso sobrio e fragrante. Irradia freschezza. Al palato pera matura, un po' di ananas, un accenno di cassis. Poi limone, anche scorza, bella nota erbacea delicatamente amara.

Very delicate, light pink, lots of freshness on the nose. In the mouth rather grippy red currant than too typical berry fruit. Nice mix of expressive freshness with noticeable acidity and finesse. Lemon thyme on the finish.
