Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..
Clarifiers, which go back to Animal raw materials are very rare and as expensive, likely to be used only for higher quality wines. Many producers would like, however, to keep the option for certain and also approved under the EU regulation on organic products is open so that the use of animal raw materials can not be excluded in principle. Skilfully vinified, extremely tasty Montepulciano in Demeter quality. Clean fruit after blackberries and mild, vanilla spiciness with finely honed tannin, incredibly catchy and immediately successful!
Chardonnay frizzante, PetNat, so the last residual sugar with the yeast in the
Bottle fermented. The yeast remains in the almost completely durchgegorenen product.
Classic Chardonnay flavors, honey, banana, exotic touch but something
wilder and more aromatic.
Fits antipasti and toasting!
Without additional sulfur! Natural wine!
Floral-looking Montepulciano with an exciting texture. Less "easy-drink"
as complex, cherry-fruity, spicy. Still accessible.
Goes well with dark meat, tomato sauce, cheese
The wine is made from the ancient, indigenous grape variety Pecorino
multilayered, rather floral notes, prominent minerality and moist soil and
Sage-like aromas. A high on the diversity of varieties!
Good with light meals, vegetables, fish, chicken, tofu
Sweeter, slightly almond and marzipan-scented Montepulciano
with fine tannins and cherry fruit. Italy or Abruzzo pure.
Goes well with grilled, spicy sauces, tomatoes, cheese

Main grape Montepulciano, at least 85%, rather tart-spicy than floral and berry, fine bitter notes in the refreshing appearance, a hint of sour cherry and raspberry, clearly on the cool side, lots of mouthfeel.

more robust than the boring "easy-drink" Montepulcianos.
