In Orsogna, as is customary, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 30 days after pressing. Maturation also takes place in steel tanks until bottling. On the nose, one finds hints of white flowers and ethereal aromas. The palate is dominated by white fruits with an intense and spicy flavour.
