50 to 80 year old vines hold the acidity indispensable for sparkling wine, early hand harvest and 24 months of yeast storage. Crisp freshness, bone dry but fruity and aromatic. Wild strawberry with vegetal aromas. Fine pearl and refreshing pull on the palate.

100% Grechetto fermented on the skins and aged in steel with skins. Orange colour, spicy fruit of persimmons, orange zest, pomelo, delicately bitter tone, long and lively. Great, fine tannins!.

Good with light dishes, vegetables, fish, chicken, Tofu.

Predominantly Xarello, light, grassy, crisp and very fresh. Clear minerality
with lots of grapefruit. Lemon zest in the fine finish. Beautifully Mediterranean.
Goes well with tapas, light cuisine, as an Aperitif.
