50 to 80 year old vines hold the acidity indispensable for sparkling wine, early hand harvest and 24 months of yeast storage. Crisp freshness, bone dry but fruity and aromatic. Wild strawberry with vegetal aromas. Fine pearl and refreshing pull on the palate.
A berry like, smoky powerhouse of organic wine. Red compact fruit flavors reminiscent tannins caress of tobacco and coniferous forest. This red wine unite oenological theory and traditional wine culture.

bring a certain freshness and fullness in addition to the sweetness typical of Garnacha.
