Vegan wines
Vegan wines are wines that are omitted in the production of tools and fining of animal origin, ie no use of egg whites, casein, gelatin, isinglass, etc..

Nice freshness and fruit in the mouth with hints of red apple, lemon and white stone fruit. On the nose complex and a bit herbal, not so primary fruit as usual, impression of natural yeast. A real wild wine just!
