Organic Whisky' also gets the necessary spice from the island.
A seventeen year old Islay Scotch (Organic!) gives our blend of Swiss barley and French wheat whisky the extra
extra spice and length. Our barley spirit matured in well
Humbel's well-stocked cask cellar, where many a distillate has
distillate developed into a "Cask Adventure"! Accordingly
there is much to discover: Grain, dried fruit, tobacco and vanilla on the nose, tobacco and vanilla. Full and round on the palate with an aromatic,
complex structure.
