Complex white wine from typical Douro white grapes: Gouveio, Viosinho, Arinto and Rabigato. Aroma of orange blossom, beeswax and yellow dried fruits. Fresh, citrusy, very mineral with a fine salty note, well balanced, a character wine with a great mouthfeel and a nice length. Hand picked, fermented spontaneously on the grape skins in stainless steel tank (15 days, with temperature control). After pressing 10 months Hefelager in used barriques without Batonnage. Unfiltered and unadorned.
