Certainly wanted Paolo Nocentini realize his dream of retirement home in the mountains just south of Florence, when he bought the old Good San Michele a Torri, with its more than 40 hectares. Straw Dried grapes make this 'Holy Wine' so wonderfully creamy and sweet and very aromatic. Long, extremely oxidative aging in used barrels are very spicy notes, which contrast the powerful sweetness.
