of white peach and fine herbs. On the palate, its juicy taste of white, ripe fruit is due to a pleasant acidity and an intensely salty finish balanced.
Beautiful smell of hay, a little nutty and fresh, fine and verspieltist this organic wine. Low acid, but mineral and thus the white wine goes perfectly with antipasti and salads. The late-ripening grape Catarratto, almost exclusively cultivated in Sicily, straw yields to amber, charming organic wines.
