Strict selection of the grapes. Sangiovese, Merlot and Sagrantino form the basis and expanded with great skill in wooden barrels. A wine with a lot of warmth and elegant touches and lots of fire.

Not only the powerful, tannic heavy Sagrantino di Montefalco comes, but also this wonderfully spicy Rosso from Sangiovese, Barbera and this very Sagrantino.

Filippo is packed with sweet fruit, plump cherries, notes of underbrush, a hefty
liquorice and a truckload of tannin. Matured in wooden barrels.
Goes well with game, braised red meat, hard cheeses.

Shortly macerated, for the most part spontaneously fermented and without any added sulphur.

Frizzante, dry & fresh
A PetNat, wine with added must, with indigenous yeasts for
Frizzante was fermented. Aromas of bread crusts and apple, slightly yeasty clay.
100% Grechetto grapes, hence the refreshing bitterness. Very dry
and animating.
Goes well with fish, chicken, medium-aged cheese, as an aperitif.
